What information is required for creating the MagMail content?
Basic content, photographs and list of E-mail ids with full names.
From where to get database for sending emails?
Database can be obtained from any E-mail provider you are using (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, in.cm, Rediff) etc. Just go to Export contacts in your mail and export the mail in Excel sheet format.
What is the usefulness of MagMail?
Reaches out to large number of customers at a single click and at a very affordable cost.
In which format names and email address to be sent?
In Excel format (.xls), Outlook Express format (.vcf) or XML format (.xml).
How bulk email can be personalized?
In general if we send email from free mail provider all e-mail address will be visible in the format of CC (carbon copy). But bulk mail personalizes this and sends you to the specific e-mail id without any CC or BCC.
Once data is provided how long it takes to accomplish the task?
Within working 48 hours
What is the number of customers the mass mail can be sent at once?
